Samvardhana Motherson Reflectec (SMR) develops and manufactures rear view mirror system and intelligent camera technologies for the automotive industry. The factory will open its door to the public and schools A number of factory tours will take place during the day The opportunity to speak to employees about their role and what got them into a STEM Career Look at what Career opportunities there are at SMR Work with a team to learn what is involved in making a mirror, then getting the chance to build one yourself.
